Fees: One month’s rent
- Property Management Services
- Manage and maintain your property
- Collect monthly fees
- Schedule maintenance if necessary
- Respond to all correspondence between the owner tenant and building Management.
- Conduct periodical inspections to make sure your suite is in good condition
- Provide a lease agreement
- Solve any problems which may arise
Fees: 10% of monthly rent
