Fees

  • There are 2 type of services you can choose from. 
  • Rental of the property 
  • Show your property to prospective tenants 
  • Provide you with the following documentation from the applicant(s):
  • Rental Application
  • Credit Report
  • Employment Letter
  • Paystubs
  • Government ID
  • Social Insurance Number
  • Customised Lease Agreement
  • Ten Post-Dated Cheques
  • First and Last Month’s Rent
  • References

             Fees: One month’s rent


  • Property Management Services 
  • Manage and maintain your property 
  • Collect monthly fees 
  • Schedule maintenance if necessary 
  • Respond to all correspondence between the owner tenant and building Management.
  • Conduct periodical  inspections to make sure your suite is in good condition 
  • Provide a lease agreement 
  • Solve any problems which may arise

           Fees: 10% of monthly rent
